About My Life PT - Andy Wadsworth

Author and Director of MyLife Personal Training, Andy Wadsworth has a wealth of experience in fitness, coaching and personal training. Andy has a background in triathlon and cycling, and over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer in Bristol, working with everyone from the everyday person to elite athletes and World Champions.

With an Honors Degree in Sport and Human Movement Science, he has clocked up over 15,000 hours of personal one-to-one training experience. He’s helped hundreds of clients achieve their fitness and sporting goals. These include European Tour professional golfer Chris Wood, World Champion Downhill mountain biker Danny Hart and World Champion 4X bike racer Katy Curd.

British champion MTB Rider Oli Beckingsale recently broke his femur while racing a world cup event in Nove Mesto, Czech Republic, he is now recovering and building his fitness with the help of Andy Wadsworth at the MyLife gym in Bristol. We will be following Oli in his rehabilitation to full fitness and competing again with the aim of qualifying for the 2012 London Olympics.
