Your MyLifePT starts with a free one to one consultation where you discuss your exercise history your goals and much more. There is an opportunity to have a full muscular skeletal screening with a physiotherapist, nutritional analysis and a health check with a private Doctor.
Every part of your one to one session will be designed individually for you. Your progress will be assessed on a regular basis and new goals set when the time is right for you. Most importantly the sessions will be made enjoyable to keep you motivated on the way to achieving great results.
