MyLife Personal Training offer a range of services to help you improve your fitness, train for an event or hone your competitive edge.
We offer one-to-one personal training in our fitness studio, online personal training, fitness testing, injury rehabilitation and more. We have particular expertise in cycling, triathlon, golf and running.
You can book as many sessions as you need, and there’s no contract and no notice period. Our hand-picked team of personal trainers, physiotherapists, massage therapists and sports coaches will work with you to achieve your goals.
We also a bespoke corporate event service, and can tailor a package to the needs of your company.
