After a free initial consultation, your personal trainer will set you a bespoke training program, whether you want to train for an event, improve your performance in your chosen sport, or simply get fitter and healthier. They’ll monitor your progress and help you stay motivated.
You can book as many sessions as you want, and there’s no contract, joining fee or cancellation period. If lead a busy life, you might find our Online Training service suits you.
You can also book sessions with MyLife Personal Training Director Andy Wadsworth, who trains a number of elite athletes and World Champions.
